COVID-19

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE  

  • Self wellness check.  If you are sick, have a temperature, if someone in your home is sick, please STAY HOME! If you are showing any of the COVID-19 signs I am going to kindly ask you to leave and to reschedule.  

UPON ARRIVAL/DURING VISIT

  • Masks are now optional at the shop.

  • Clean and sanitized capes and tools will be used for each guest. 

  • cash/venmo/cc are all accepted

  • *Gift cards are non refundable

Cancellation

As a one chair independent barber shop, my personal and professional income is based solely upon the barber services I provide to you, my clients. As a place for gentleman, every effort will be made on my part to treat you as such. In return I hope as gentleman, you will return the favor. Even if Iā€™m a lady :). Please make every effort to keep your scheduled appointment. While I know that life happens and circumstances may arise that may result in a cancellation or reschedule, the following policies I am putting in place going forward. They are to ensure that I can accommodate all of my valued clients efficiently and effective as possible given limited availability for appointments.

  • 24 hour notice is required for any appointment cancellations. The online booking service will allow you to cancel or reschedule your appointments as necessary.

  • For cancellations less than 24 hours the client will be notified and marked down as such and no charge will be given.

  • After two cancellations in less than 24 hours a partial payment for the missed appointment will be needed before a booking of a future appointment. A credit card will be held on file.

  • For a third I will require full payment. 

  • *Please note* I have the right to refuse any service or future service for anyone who does not want to follow these guidelines

No Shows/Late Arrival

If you no call no show the first no show is considered a warning, but you will be required to:

  • leave a credit card on file and in the event it happens again will be charged for 100% of the services missed and will have to put down a 100% deposit for future bookings.

Late Arrival:

  • If you arrive 10 minutes pass your appointment time, I will kindly ask to reschedule as the time allotted is to allow me to give a full haircut to the best of my ability. I would be unable to do so in less time.

  • At this time it will be marked as a last minute cancelation.
